[AT] Brits

O.K. after discussing it for years we finally came to an end and I bought this small contracting business in june. Not that the discussions were the hard kind it was more how to solve to get me proper financing, managing the tax issues etc. The former owner I known for years I have been his main asphalt paving provider and he has helped me with a lot of preparations before paving. The busines it self is doing things like groundlevelling, foundations and a lot of other types of constucting mostly at groundlevel but even some building. There are mostly eight employees and as many hired guys. Most of the work is done in Västervik 45 miles south of here.
    It's a very fine company with an excellent reputation. I'm not one of those guys that always dreamt of having some busines of my own but this was really the right thing to do and it feels so good. Both the former owners (he shared it with his wife) have been able to work hard and earn good money. Their kids live far away and they(not the kids) have reached retiring age, though they have offered to help me for at least a year.
    Västervik has became really expanding. People have begun to realize how much nicer it is than living in Stockholm and how much you can build and still have cash left over if you sell your suburban house in stockholm. So the local market is growing and it looks very well. I've been really lucky and got this opputunity to take control of my own future.
