[AJD] Top Speed for 1936 JD D

My 1928 is a 2 speed, slow and slower.   

Looking at the parts book, the quadrant changed at the beginning of the 1931
and 1935 years.  The original quadrant is clearly 2 speed, the last is
clearly 3 speed, and I'm not sure about the picture for the 31-34 models,
maybe someone can enlighten me.  

Thus the 36 will be a 3 speed, surely much friendlier to drive for a little
distance.

I have a '36 D that goes about 7 miles per hour.  I also have a '35 that
only goes about 4 miles per hour.  Most I think only go about 4 to 4-1/2
MPH.
