[AT] Vintage tractor pulling advice

Hi all,
Thanks for all the advice on tractor pulling, that's just what I was
looking for. I don't know how many steel wheeled tractors will be there
but I'm guessing there will be a few anyway. If they make me pull after all
the rubber tired machines go by, that's ok too. After all, we wouldn't want
to take advantage of those unfortunate enough to have to ride on rubber now
would we! :-)
I talked to the organizer yesterday and he claims that the whole thing
is just for fun and should not be taken too seriously - which is perfect for
me! The only steel wheeled problem I ran into is that I need to leave the
tractor on the trailer to weigh in as we will be using the scale at the
local elevator and they would not be happy about spade lug dents in their
platform. No big deal.
The whole thing sounds like a lot of fun. I'll snap some pictures and
post them next week.
Later!
