[AT] Phosporic acid and cleaning a gas tank

Muratic acid is REALLY tough on steel.  You need to make sure you have all 
off that neutrallized to stop it from eating the metal away.    You might 
need to get some sort of tank sealer and put in that tank as soon as 
possible after you get the new accumulation of rust out.
