[AT] Greenville Shows, bad times...OT

This should probably be a private note to farmer, but I am sure that a 
number of us are in similar positions as is he.  I have not had to take 
care of my Dad, but to watch him for these past 6-8 years has been the 
trial of my life.

Here is a guy who wanted OFF the farm (got tired of mules, digging and 
bagging onions, etc.).  Born in 1918, senior in high school in 1936, the 
school principal/teacher/counselor told him something like "...there's 
no kid from Whitley County going to college!!"

Well, by 1946, Dad had a PhD in Ag from Purdue (Magna Cum Laude), and 
went on to fulfill a very productive life in experimental and 
developmental agriculture in North and South America.

Today, on a good day, Dad recognizes us kids somewhet.  How cruel can 
life be?
