[Steam-engine] Medina Lawsuit Settlements

The safety valve failed to lift but I read that was because it was full of 
sand from when they sand blasted the engine.  That was no fault of Kunkle 
though.  The lawyers are probably going after everyone remotely connected to 
the engine.
