[AT] Machinery use

Grant:

I seem to remember fellow ATIS'er Lyman Amsden in Eastern Montana had one
but I don't remember now if it was one row or two row and if it was a
tractor drawn one or horse drawn. Maybe Lyman will see this message.

I've seen a few of them in my travels but I didn't look very seriously at
them as I wasn't looking for one. I would suspect finding one might be
possible but finding one in decent shape might be a major challenge.

I need to rattle my brain and see if I can remember where I have seen them.
I think it was in Central or Southern Idaho or Central Oregon somewhere. I
seem to recall seeing one in Southern Idaho at a salvage yard. I'll see if
I can clear up the fog. That has been very difficult of late.

Greg, that was me who bought the dog for my lister. I use my equipment as
otherwise I would not be able to get much of anything done! I need a potato
digger though as I have potatoes planted and will have to pick them up by
hand. I hope to have thirty tons so that will be a lot of work. I need a two

row digger though. I tried to find one in Idaho after I was told there were
lots of them available for scrap value, but then no one could find one for
me. Sigh. We shall see.
