[AT] Allis B Cane tractor - Info Request

I finally have some pics of the Allis B Cane Special I got awhile ago.  Its 
still not restored but
was wondering if anyone has seen one of these that might comment on what its 
suppose to
look like.  Looks like the front axle was repaired at some time but I have 
seen some pics with
with hooks welded to the front axle but not sure what they would be for.

Anyway, I can email pics to anyone interested in helping me with this thing.
