[Steam-engine] Wachs vertical Excentric oiling question

Appreciate the advise James and Ken!!  I guess we're at a dead end now 
trying to figure this out.

  James..there might have been a cap on it.  I've got a parts manual so will 
check that out.  Will also seal the coke bottle to the base.  There is a 
drain hole in the middle of the base.

  Will do the felt trick also..wonder if some pipe cleaners down the tube 
might restrict the flow also.

  Well, we'll continue to march and get this baby goin'..for now I'll be ran 
on air and very slow..will keep a close eye on it.
