[AJD] Weird GP Wheels? Now Tractor Tie Down

I don't listen to lectures.......I tell them if they are going to see me in 
court the write it up (they won't because they know better)other wise get 
out of my way as I have work to do....


you use one chain and two binders and loop in the middle......it is 
acceptable....if they do not believe then threaten to cut the 
loop.........ah ha! 2 chains now exist......
