[AT] Cleaning out Tractor cooling system

The last two times I have been under my truck I have gotten a tool of some
sort in the face. An open end wrench and a 3/8 ratchet to be specific. At
least that kept me up to date on my swearing and kept Dave Laughead
entertained :)
