[AJD] Ebay strange all ast JD wheels

Question:  I have a 48A I just started to work on.  No matter what I do,
I can't get the oil filter bowl off.  Nut is loose, bowl spins, but it
will not drop down and off.  Anybody ever had this trouble before?

I have some tractors on heavy cast wheels made in
California foundries (Wilson-Nutwell, Santa Ana Iron
Works, Kay Brunner). Wheels must weigh 500 hundred
pounds or more each. Needles  to say, you plan out
your moves very carefully when mounting one of them! 

A friend of mine has an early BO on the A1106R wheels.
He'll be interested to see the results of the auction.
