the four tie down was a year ago is all
I see no problems with it........just so you buy enough GVW for what you 
intend to carry and I would use the four tiedown rule  (over 10,000)

the thing about this four tiedown rule is.....it is a nice habit to get into
plus most of the guys on here are not doing it for a living so .......look 
professional!

the only thing I say is it is not the rule under 10,000
