[AJD] Tractor tie downs

A dumb question - 
How do they know what the tractor weighs??  Do they make you unload it to weigh it separately or do they take your word on the tractor weight??

  pretty much it........
  less than 10,000 is one rule and over is another .......
  now the word tractor puts things into a different line also......agriculture 
  has different rules........implements of husbandry....

  another word is private.....meaning non commercial..........different rules 
  apply

  but you are on track.......less than 10,00 pound tractor needs to be tied as 
  to prevent movement in any  direction(two chains and binders)
  over 10000 must be tied on all four corners.
