[AJD] Weird GP Wheels? Now Tractor Tie Down

My understanding is it must be individual binders. I was lectured about
using one chain by the Pa. State Police.

Does the tractor need to have 4 individual chains and 4 binders.....or can
you use 2 chains and 4 binders(one on each corner)?....Rick
