[AJD] Delayed posts

Gary,
I have done numerous email checks, since that is the system ATIS uses, and I
seem to have absolutely no problem with timely arrival of emails locally and
around the country.  I suspect it has to do with ATIS server security issues
or something, since responses seem to be slowing down as security patches to
computers increase.  Who knows.
