[AT] Cleaning out Tractor cooling system

Walt, I think we hit even more extreme changes here. A couple of days ago it
was near -40 with wind chills near -50. Early this morning I woke up to the
sound of rain on the roof. So its pretty slippery walking and I hear the
roads and highways are pretty dangerous too. It didn't quite get warm enough
to thaw , only about 25 but what a change from a day or two ago.
