[AJD] Weird GP Wheels? Now Tractor Tie Down

I deal with the Sate Police here in Pennsylvania on a regular basis, the
Motor Carrier Enforcement guys say GVW combination of the ENTIRE rig is the
determining factor. 4 corner tie down is the rule here!

Is it the load you're carrying or the GVW of the whole unit - truck, trailer
and load that the 10k is based on? I have a client who is a Lt. with the
Maryland State Police in the Commercial Vehicle Inspection and he has led me
to believe that it is the GVW of the whole unit.
