[Farmall] Re: Compact tractor needs

I agree with the others. Find a good reliable dealer close to you, tell 
him/her what you want/need and see what they can find for you in the price range 
you can afford. They may be getting a trade-in or know of just the tractor you 
are looking for. An all singing, all dancing, 4wd compact just may be outta 
sight for the time being. I started out with push mower, graduated to a 10 hp 
Sears ride on mower, got an old "Alice" loader tractor, traded it for a nice NH 
TC45D (all singing, all dancing!), took me 10 years though! And yes, I now deal 
almost exclusively with that NH dealer, just managed to sweet talk a nice 
Super C from them! They got it in a trade, knew I had some Farmalls, called me to 
come and tell them what model and year they had gotten! I went with my trusty 
IH Tractor Data Book from Guy Fay and within minutes had identified the 
tractor. Then, the dang thing just followed me home!
