[AJD] Weird GP Wheels? Now Tractor Tie Down

Frank,

Is it the load you're carrying or the GVW of the whole unit - truck, trailer and load that the 10k is based on? I have a client who is a Lt. with the Maryland State Police in the Commercial Vehicle Inspection and he has led me to believe that it is the GVW of the whole unit.

  only if the tractor weights over 10000 pounds...
  Federal Law.....you can look it up on the Federal DOT rules online
