Frank,

Is it the load you're carrying or the GVW of the whole unit - truck, trailer and load that the 10k is based on? I have a client who is a Lt. with the Maryland State Police in the Commercial Vehicle Inspection and he has led me to believe that it is the GVW of the whole unit.
