A lot of people really like the interface of Family Origins, Walt.  I do
too, but I got away from it years ago because the modules of the program
are not well-integrated.  One of the new features of FTM 2005 is that
the interface for browsing around in your family tree can now emulate
the pedigree style that has always been a part of Family Origins.

The same disclaimers as usual still apply.

I have used Family Origins for many years it is  now Roots magic, I have
the 
free test version but have never updated maybe I  should some day.
