Probably a Chicago Pneumatic unit. CP was still making tools in Utica
until 1994, They packed up and moved south.

Depending on the size of the valves they could be found out of a car or
cut from auto valves. Measure the stem diameter, the face diameter and
the length overall. Rings may be found from the same source you need the
bore size, width of each ring and material type. The gasket could be a
problem unless it is something that could be replaced with some dead
soft copper or aluminum sheet stock, Or possibly cut from a different
gasket that is "close"
