Jim-
I have several questions about your product:
(1) Since it is a "carefully controlled blend of two products", but one of
them (aluminum oxide) is much less frangible (therefore longer lasting) than
the other (walnut shells), it seems that the original blend ratio must change
as the media is re-used, eh?
(2) What is the recommended nozzle pressure/distance to use for common
materials?
(3) You mention that the blasted surface is protected from rust after using
this process. It is because of the walnut oil deposited on the surface?
(4) If yes, what is used to remove the residue prior to painting?
(5) What is the preferred method of application, siphon feed or pressure pot?
Thanks
-Bruce Thompson
