[Steam-engine] coal, etc

I grew up in WV and we always either used Bituminous
"Pittsburgh" or Pocahontas "Smokeless". The
Pittsburgh seam was more of a "Video" coal, while the
other we used because there was little "clean-up"
compared to the others, although they were all messy.

I have my father bring the Pocahontas down to me in
Florida in 5 gallon buckets. They also sell it in
bags like cement, but for blacksmiths and the Live
Steamer train guys.
