I'm not sure what you mean by loose. Do you mean you can rotate the fan and
shaft a bit or is the fan loose on the shaft?

I will look into fans if i have trouble with  heat I notice that the fan is 
loose on the shaft with a big spring is this  normal or do i have adjust it.
