Dean,

You are correct. The 1996 CD's are screened. I have an original at my
shop.

Gary:

I can understand why JD would use glued-on labels on their one-up custom
made CD's but I am pretty sure my original DB1293 CD had a screened-on
label. I copied the contents of it on to my Hard Disk and put the original
CD away for safe keeping. Well, it is so safe I can't find it at the moment.
My memory is terrible on stuff like this. Now I'm beginning to not trust my
memory about the screened-on label anymore. I'm going to be damned
embarrassed if it really is a glued-on label.

Dean, I'm not sure what you mean by 'screened on'. All of my John Deere
CEx have glued on labels, including the one I received yesterday from
John Deere, a manual for a late unstyled AR.
