[AT] Ford "N" sleeves - EZ Outs

I got mine by special order at a local welding shop.  It has very high twist
strength and a flux that keeps it from sticking to the side walls.  You weld
a spot down in the hole on the broken piece.  Let it cool, weld another
spot, let it cool, etc.  I'm sure the heating and cooling goes a long ways
toward loosening the piece.  Then you drop a washer and nut over it and weld
it on.  In 5 our of 6 efforts I have found that the broken stud or bolt
easily turns out.  I really did look around here for old manifolds with
broken studs just to enjoy the fun.  Amazing....
