You may have to visit a junk tool store or pawn shop and get an old wrench
and do some cutting and welding. or you could extend a wrench to a length of
one foot then use a spring scale to exert 65 pounds of pull.

Subject: [AT] Special Tool for VAC Case
I'm trying to find a C-wrench or T-132 tool which is an extension of a
torque wrench to tighten the nuts on the right side of the engine for my
1952 Case VAC tractor. These studs are very hard to access with anything
but a box end wrench. To use a torque wrench to tighten them to 65 lbs, you
need an extension like a C wrench or a T-132 Thanks.
