[Farmall] Hard starting F12

The pump I had with the "bad" new check valves worked OK once the tractor
was running. The problem was getting it to crank without the fuel leaking
back. this is also the same tractor with the worn out pump push rod. It made
starting very difficult but would run the tractor OK.

Word of advice since we can only speculate what your hard starting problem
is; only change one thing at a time or you may never know what the problem
actually was. Maybe you'll get lucky and find you just didn't have the spark
set right.
