[Farmall] Hard starting F12

It gets better as your arm gets stronger!

Seriously -- I have an F-12 that takes a bit of cranking to get started --
even after pressurizing the fuel tank to make certain the carburetor is
full. Timing, etc., is set per factory specs. I have attributed difficult
starting to the lack of compression and the need for new rings. Basically
I pulled the sleeves from a cracked block and put them in a "new" (smaller
crack!) block. Honed the bores a bit but was too cheap to buy new rings
until I saw how things were coming together for the tractor overall. Now
that the tractor is in pretty good shape I need to replace the
rings. Nonetheless, once started it is a smooth running little rig and
seems to have pretty good power -- at least sufficient to run a sicklebar
mower adequately. Surprisingly it does not smoke.
