[Farmall] experimentla Regular

Mike went and got it from the owner, Neal Stone, for display at next 
week's convention.

A Frameall is one of the steps between a Farmall A and a Super A. Not 
only did it have live hydraulics ( and very different from a Super A) 
it also had IH's first shot at an answer to a three point hitch (which 
if I remember right, isn't on this tractor, because it's actually the 
International Frameall.
