[AJD] Wico C Magneto troubles

I'm not sure I understand when you state you only get a spark on the first
turn!  You obviously know how to test a magneto off the tractor so I don't
think it is necessary to go through that procedure. 

You must be getting the impulse or you wouldn't be getting any spark at all.
You will get alternate sparks out of the two ignition wire ports. I'm not
sure where to head with this. Maybe changing the main bakelite case will
offer some solutions.  Seems to me if it gives one good spark it should
continue to do so. I wouldn't expect the condenser to go bad just because
the magneto had been dropped. Seems to me it would take a heck of a force to
bend the shaft. Maybe the points got knocked out of adjustment and close
after one lobe but not following the other? Check the point opening (0.015)
and closure (0 ohms) through a full 360 degree rotation. Maybe a broken
piece of the cap did some damage to the condenser, condenser wire or points
or associated coil wiring??? A bit weird.

I have more magneto problems that the rest of the
world,  it seems.

    I bought a nice Wico C off of Ebay last month.  It
arrived,  I tested it in the garage and it had great
spark, just as it was said to.  Then I dropped it
*&$#$&#*!

    This destroyed the cap,  and chipped the main
bakolite housing.  I installed a new cap,  it would
not turn,  so I took it apart and fished all the
plastic pieces out of the rotor,  and now it turns, 
but only gives my spark every first turn.

     Condesor issue?  Or did I knock something out of
wack?  I just got in a new case for it,  and have
another condensor and a few coils,  but I am not sure
where to start..
