It does appear that that their new Ultima is proportional based on brake
pedal travel, but mine is their older Mark-4 and is strictly time delay.
There was, until very recently, a Jordan time delay on the market but their
web site doesn't mention it so may be it has been recently discontinued.
What is really neat about that latest time delay is it is _real_ small.
