[AJD] Ebay strange all ast JD wheels

Dave, I wonder if someone may have tightened the nut so much as to have 
pressed a washer up into the threads, with a thin edge extending out 
enough to hold the cover on. Turn the cover, and see if anything besides 
the stud doesn't turn. I have seen the washer pressed out so thin that 
it was almost invisible. Just a thought.  John D.
