[AT] Kubota tractor lift

Hello Group
Any of you guys have experience with a kubota L345 tractor?  I have one that
the lift has always worked great on, but a few weeks ago using it with a box
blade, I noticed it seemed to be getting slow.  I parked it in the shed.
When I went back to it a couple weeks later I noticed I had left the lift in
the raised position and it was still up.  Lowered the lift, cranked it and
the lift hasn't worked since.
Checked the filter and it really needed cleaning, so did that and it still
does'nt work.
Could it be air locked?  If so, anybody know where to bled it out?
I think the fact it stayed in the raised position for a couple weeks means
the cylinder and all must be in good condition.

Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.
