Here's another plug for Co-Op utilities (and co-ops in general), we have an 
electric co-op at our farm in N.W. Pennsylvania (Erie Region) and have 
nothing but good things to say about them, and they are 5 minutes away if I 
need to stop into "World Headquarters."
