[AT] OT: Harbor Freight advertising funny

I usually look for good tools at garage sales  and auctions you would be 
surprised at what you can get cheap. I look for Black  line Photo no one wants 
these tools but they are the best tools ever made. Not  shiny and will rust if 
left out in the rain but tough as anything that ever  wrapped itself around a 
nut. 
Once i was at a local tool sale the guy had  some cheap ratchets marked $15 
and an old Husky marked $3 that guy didn't know  much about tools so i got a 
deal on a real good ratchet.
