[AT] OT: intersting discussion about idiling a cold car

Doesn't make a difference what fuel the diesel is using. Let it idle for
more than 15 minutes and you will get a ticket.
I know of at least one who got a ticket and they drive a Prius hybrid!
They had started the engine to warm the car up and got a wasting
resources ticket.
