Carl a 190 is just a newer D19 and a D19 engine is just a turbo-charged D17 
engine.  LOL.  The cubic inches of the Surplus Center Perkins are almost the 
same as your stock Perkins.  Should shoe horn right in there.  Then you 
could pull a BIG hog around the lot.
