I'll second that. Secondly he adds significant dollars to actual shipping
costs. I've met Dave in person several times and he is a decent, nice to
talk to, guy but I just don't buy into his pricing and shipping philosophy.
But that's ok, we all have the freedom to buy elsewhere.
