Al,
If it's just heavy dust buy some Meguirs final finish in a spray bottle
and use it along with one of the new micro thread rags to wipe it off.
It will clean it without scratching it. You can get it at most any large
store in the automotive isle. I pick mine up at K-Mart.

Subject: [AT] How do you clean your tractors?

Guys,

My Super A is just about done. Because this project has taken so long,
and because where it is stored is not really "tight," it has gotten
pretty dusty from just sitting. Even carefully covering it with soft
sheets, the dust seems to just creep right through. For those of you
with tractors you like to take to shows, etc. how do you like to clean
them? The dust has "stuck" so compressed air won't work. I don't want
to just wash it as water will go everywhere I don't want it to. What
works best?

My ultimate goal is to use it for light work...tending the garden, maybe
throw the sickle mower on once in a while. Then when one comes along,
clean it up and take it to a show. So getting rid of dirt is going to
be an on-going problem. I want her to look "GOOD!"

thanks
Al
