[AT] Perkins diesel engine hours

There were (three cylinder) Perkins engines in some of the New Holland 
skid steers we sold, and the usual life was about 3,000 hours. That, of 
course, was running wide open and pushing three hydraulic pumps the 
entire time. On truck/train refrigeration units and field pumps, they 
sometimes went for years between  replacement.
