I asked the persom who listed the tractor what the mumbo jumbo had to do with the tractor since they told us nothing about the tractor itself.  This is their response:

This "mumbo jumbo" has to do with the provenance of the item which serious collectors are interested in and increases the value thereof. Thank you for your question. The holder of the title King of Bohemia, Moravia, Poland, and Hungary
