We have one refinery in Ardmore Oklahoma (southern) that is not operating  it 
belongs to TOTAL.  We have another one in Tulsa that is not running, I  was 
there yesterday and only 2 small stacks were blowing smoke.  I could  tell it 
was not operating...  It is Sunoco.
It is time to start writing our congressmen and senators.  If only  they 
could read..
