I heard through the grapevine today that there is a change in handicap
vehicle permits this year.  Not only do you have to have a Dr's written
'prescription'
but we now have to show proof of liability insurance. 
Does anyone have information to support or refute this?
I will have to ask my agent if I can even get insurance on Terri's golf
cart, (I would guess yes, but ya never know).
