I don't have any first-hand familiarity with the SafeMark brand, but was 
under the impression it was an aftermarket brand sold by Farm Bureaus etc. 
If so, I doubt it would have been OEMed on any new tractors.

Last month I posted a message on the exhaust lift on my Dads retired Farmall 
"A" that we are restoring . I stated it was a 1947. I was wrong about the 
year. It is a 1944. Built during WW 2. Were checking now to see if it was 
painted with an orange tinted paint used during the war, And yes it did come 
through with rubber tires. Crazy as it sounds, we believe that three of the 
tires are originals made by SafeMark. It is believed that SafeMark was a 
brand of tire made by The General Tire and Rubber Company that was 
discontinued about ten years ago.  Paul
