Sounds like another case of obsolete thread sizes. Those special order taps can be expensive. I ran into some on my 1876 Frick. Not on your regular charts. I'd go with Robert's idea of two thread sizes on one bolt. But I would steer away from those liberal radii. I like the conservative ones. JoeD
