Larry,
The spam filter my ISP uses also catches some of the list mail. I have it set
to email me with a list of the blocked emails from the last 24 hours so I can
quickly scan the list for things I want to keep. I look at both the subject and
the senders email address because of just the situation you mention. I can also
go directly to the blocked file via a web access and forward or delete as
needed. Certainly far from an ideal system but better than having an inbox full
of junk.
