	Hi Richard:

	What ever you do don't let anyone talk you out of putting a vapor barrier under the 
floor... you will be thankful and your tools will be thankful. Personally I would never 
put down a concrete floor in a building without putting in plastic pipe or tubing for 
heat even if I had no immediate plans to use it. I sure wish there was some under mine.
	Good luck on the shop and remember nobody ever built one too big...   :-)
