Is he paying you $500 to take it? That's the ONLY way I'd even consider it. 
I had one of those !@#$%^% tractors and you couldn't give me one!!! They 
were made across the pond and everything is metric and parts are made of 
unobtainium! RUN - RUN - RUN away as fast as you can. Just my opinion !!!
